BNHS Faculty Meeting
June 25, 2026.
The OIC-Principal, Sir Emerson Sabadlab discussed the importance of a conducive learning environment and presented the school’s priorities:
Facilities: Improve and maximize their use to support effective learning delivery.
Guidance Programs & Values: Strengthen guidance programs and promote character building and values formation among learners.
He also explained the standard procedure for handling incidents: immediate response, proper documentation, referral to concerned personnel, fair interventions, parent coordination, and follow‑up monitoring.
He also discussed the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People framework, starting with Habit 1 – Being Proactive. The remaining habits will be discussed in future meetings.
The faculty responded positively to all the points raised. They expressed full support, agreed to apply the shared guidelines and principles in their daily work, and looked forward to the upcoming discussions on the rest of the habits.
